We are pleased to announce the official launch of the EIKAN GROUP website.
The entire website was shot on location throughout the Ōsumi Peninsula, including Kanoya City, making full use of the region’s stunning natural beauty. In particular, we would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Hummingbird in Minami-Ōsumi Town (https://matukou-doro.com/), whose generous support made the breathtaking drone footage possible. We also received generous support from Yukusa Ōsumi Umi no Gakkō (https://yukusa-ohsumi.jp/), an experiential accommodation facility in Kanoya City. The facility is a renovated building of Sugawara Elementary School, which had a 120-year history and was once known as “the closest elementary school to the sea in Japan.” It served as one of the filming locations for our work-related scenes.
At EIKAN GROUP, we believe that true beauty and happiness lie in the everyday landscapes and moments that surround us. Through our work, it is our mission to help preserve and pass on that beauty to future generations.
To express this vision, we designed our new website to creatively showcase the nature and charm of the Ōsumi Peninsula.
We have also released a concept movie that conveys our values and deep connection to the region. Featuring striking visuals of the peninsula’s natural scenery interwoven with EIKAN GROUP’s philosophy, the video offers a quiet yet powerful message. We invite you to take a look:
As a company that walks hand-in-hand with the local community, EIKAN GROUP will continue working to support the nature, lives, and future of the Osumi region.
