We are pleased to announce that a blood donation drive, organized by the Osumi Environmental Services Cooperative (大隅環境整備事業協同組合), will be held at EIKAN GROUP (Kanoya Eisei Kanri Center Co., Ltd.) on Tuesday, April 28, 2026.

In Japan, declining birthrates and an aging population have led to a steady decrease in the number of blood donors, making it increasingly difficult to secure the blood supply needed in medical settings. Every donation plays a vital role in providing a stable supply of blood to patients who urgently need it.

A little time and a small act of kindness can become a powerful force that helps save lives. If your schedule allows, we would be truly grateful for your participation and support.

Gift for Donors

Everyone who donates blood will receive a bath tablet “Bub” as a token of our appreciation (please note that the type cannot be chosen). We hope it helps you relax after a busy day.

Information for Those Taking Medication

Most medications, including those for high blood pressure, high cholesterol, gout, allergies, and gastrointestinal conditions, do not prevent you from donating blood. Please inform the reception staff of any medications you are taking when you arrive. In some cases, donation may not be possible based on a physician’s overall judgment.

Advance Reservations & Inquiries

The online member service “Love Blood” (ラブラッド) allows you to book appointments, check test results, and complete a preliminary health questionnaire in advance. Making a reservation ahead of time will help ensure a smooth check-in on the day of the event.
